Since December, 2004, CTI has been under new management (CTI's founding engineer), dedicated to producing superior products and excellent customer service.
* CTI now accepts Visa and Master Card. * CTI's Model 4410, at 1.5 kVA (1.2 kW), is the newest in our line of versatile, reliable UPS/PCs for harsh environments. Check it out. * CTI has developed an Intelligent Battery Data System which continually updates information about the UPS/PC unit and the batteries in the battery pack connected to it. This information is available, upon request, to any computer connected to the unit through a RS-485 communications port (or optionally through an Ethernet port). Although this system currently available only on our 4432 and 4433 models, we have plans to make this system optionally available to other models in our line of UPS/PCs as it becomes feasible. For more information on this system, see downloadable documentation on model 4432 or model 4433. * A solid state version of our Automatic Power Transfer Switch (APTS) for 30 amp loads. * A 3kVA (2.4 kW) UPS/Power Converter for severe duty applications.
